Today's Girls ... Tomorrow's Leaders (TGTL) seeks to address inequalities that create barriers for girls, and to meet new challenges to girls’ health and well-being.

Since 1996, United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley (UWMBMV) has supported out-of-school time programs and staff to effectively meet the needs of girls. Today’s Girls…Tomorrow’s Leaders fills the void of too little gender-specific or gender-sensitive programming in order to help girls aged 7-18 achieve academic success and become responsible, involved members of society.  read more »
